Writers' House, together with Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University implements a project "Conversations on literature in regions".

The goal of the project is promotion of literature-educational processes and cooperation of central and regional educational institutions. 

In agreement with Telavi University's administration a cycle of lectures was planned, mainly for humanities' students and generally for any students interested in these lectures. 

Public, thematic lectures (8 lectures annually) will be held at the end of each month during studying semesters. Two lectures will be held for each topic (German, French, English, Rusian); first will be general lecture, reviewing the topic, the second will be about concrete literary movement or author, according to the choice of the lecturer.

We at the Writers' House wish that this project is not a one-time one year project, but cooperation spreads step by step with other Georgian regional universities as well.
