The Writers' House together with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia announces a theatre play contest about the life of Marie Skladowska Curie. The competition is funded by the EU Research and Innovation Framework Program "Horizon 2020" within the project "Captain: Science is Captain".
Young contestantsaged 20-35 can participate in the play competition.
The aim of the contest is to popularize the European heritage in Georgia; involve scientific topics in various fields of art; create plays and performances depicting the life of well-known scienctists in drama and theater; identify young and yet unknown playwrights and promote their work.
Contestants are required to create a one- or two-act play about the life and work of Marie Skladowska Curie.
The winning contestant will be awarded a prize in the amount of GEL 2,600 (the prize includes all taxes envisaged by the legislation of Georgia).

The confidential jury, consisting of 3 members, will review the contest entries and reveal one winner of the competition on December 17, 2020.
In case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions, the competition entries will not be reviewed!
