The steering committee of the Writers' House, comprising of Rati Amaghlobeli, Levan Berdzenishvili, Zviad Kvaratskhelia, Tina Mamulashvili, Zviad Ratiani, Khatuna Tskhadadze and Beso Khvedelidze, revealed the magazines that will be funded by the Ministry of Culture and Sport in 2018. These are: Children's literary paper - "Dila", and literary papers "Arili" and "Akhali Saunje".

The Writers' House announced the competition to fund the literary papers on January 31st, 2018. Altogether, five applications were received. In competition for children's magazine, one magazine "Dila" was presented, in competition for literary papers - four magazines were nominated: "Arili", "Tsiskari", "Literaturuli Palitra" and "Akhali Saunje".
