In 2016, to celebrate Revaz Inanishvili’s 90th anniversary, Writer’s House held an essay contest for high school students, dedicated to Revaz Inanishvili’s work. The students had to write one out of three suggested essays (Soviet repressions based on Revaz Inanishvili’s stories; adolescents and adults based on Revaz Inanishvili’s stories, my favorite story by Revaz Inanishvili).
The first award was given to Givi Sabashvili, public school N 21, class X; the second award – to Nino Kobaidze, European school, class X. Also five incentive awards were granted to: Anamaria Koridze, school N 21, Elene Makharadze, school 21st century, Irakli Machaidze, school N 124, Tamar Mavzarashvili, school N 82 and Ana Samurkasvo, Poti school 5. Anamaria Koridze became a chosen student by Writers’ House. The studens were awarded the vouchers of bookstore Biblusi.
The project was implemented by the support of the Ministry of Culture and Monuments Protection of Georgia.
